Young Musicians Opportunity Program
The Longmont Youth Symphony is offering financial assistance to young musicians interested in joining LYS.
STUDENTS WHO QUALIFY CAN RECEIVE:
Tuition scholarships for any LYS ensemble (grades 3-12), and
Payment assistance for private lessons arranged through LYS.
Our Spreading the Harmony program is open to current LYS musicians and to students who are not yet members of the Longmont Youth Symphony. Families with financial constraints are encouraged to apply. (Generally speaking, students who are on the free/reduced lunch program in the SVVSD school district are likely to qualify. Please Contact Us if you have questions.)

ALL APPLICATIONS FOR FALL 2024 MUST BE RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 15TH.
ALL APPLICATIONS FOR SPRING 2025 MUST BE RECEIVED BY JANUARY 19TH.
Applications received after those dates, with the exception of newly auditioning students, will not be considered.
