Danielle Crisman

Danielle Crisman came to Colorado in 1995. She received a bachelor of music education degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and completed coursework for a master of music education degree from the University of Wyoming.

Crisman has directed middle school string orchestras in the St. Vrain Valley School District, Thompson School District, and Adams 50 School District. She was the founding conductor of the High Plains Sinfonia in Laramie, WY and the Junior String Orchestra (a part of the Youth Orchestra of the Rockies) in Fort Collins, CO. Crisman has served as an adjudicator, clinician, and summer camp orchestra conductor and is recognized as an accomplished teacher, conductor, and performer in the Northern Colorado area. As a string bass player, Crisman performs with a number of local and regional orchestras, including the Longmont Symphony Orchestra, Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra, and Fort Collins Symphony Orchestra.
